You need not to capitulate to the bogey raised in the vested interests of few races.Even some groups might go out of their way to proclaim their adherence with their respective religions.Isn't it better to stay out of this clap-trap?Don't read further unless you get an answer from within, please.
Logic and Emotion are both sides of a coin.Do you believe in the notion -- the Dynamic Jump beyond Rationality? The Atheist being logical never takes that jump. But the Theist will strive to surpass the atheist with warm emotions. And regarding the the Agnostic, I am confused even about their existence ;)
Well, let me drizzle you with some of the hard stuff, below...
Based on the recommendations derived from Sardar Swaran Singh Committee and Forty-second amendment(1976), the word secular was inserted into the Preamble.Secularism in India is flipped 180 degrees as it has been conceptualized by western countries.Roughly it has been estimated there are about 37 Hindu festivals, 12 Islamic festivals, 9 Christian festivals etc. , but hardly there are 3-4 festivals which we being Indians by religion celebrate.
"The NCERT is an apex resource organization set up by Govt. Of India, with Headquarters in New Delhi..."
These are the few words which Google says.If you understand those lines then you could certainly understand these lines...
"I really Loved the course books of Mahabharat,Ramayan and Gautam Buddha but couldn't fathom the Islamic or Christian mythologies as there were no such course books enlisted"
Hey lets take a break.
Lets have a question-hour :)
1. Out of 10 how much would you rate your family members(of-course including yourself), being secularist?
2. What if your soul-mate belongs to a separate religion?
3. Would you like it if your off-spring marries someone else who is not aligned with the same religion to which you belong ?
Ask yourself and you will get to know if you are secularist by nature.
P.S.- Blogger is not against any organization / any individual's perception.
